WHAT WE DO IN THIS CLASS:
Yin is a great compliment to any yang practice. Yin helps to restore the balance our body needs to stay healthy and prevent injury. Postures are held from 3 – 5 minutes to target the fascia and ligaments. Yin can help restore a healthy range of motion in the body. The long held postures help create openness in the body while challenging the mind to focus on the sensations in the body.
