Heated Yoga Sculpt
WHAT WE DO IN THIS CLASS:
Yoga sculpt in a room heated to 80 – 85 degrees. We warm up with a yoga flow, add some strength, and cool down with a few stretches. The combination of hand weight exercises, aerobic bursts, and iconic yoga poses makes this yoga-based workout the ideal combination for mind and body.
