WHAT WE DO IN THIS CLASS:

Beginner friendly and low impact. Movement to music through a variety of low impact movements, standing only (no floor time) designed to increase strength, range of motion and activities for daily living. Handheld weights and balls are offered for resistance. Great for people with limited mobility, healing from an injury or people with difficulty getting up and down off the floor. Good for all fitness levels.
