Core & More Fusion
WHAT WE DO IN THIS CLASS:
This class will focus on core training, abs, glutes, and more. Depending on the class and the instructor the “more” can include cardio, arms, or more core. We’ll incorporate our TRX, kettlebells, weights and bands. We will finish with 5-8 minutes of stretching.
