THE JOURNEY TO SWITCH
I found Switch Fitness in 2022, and it has transformed my personal fitness journey. The variety of classes and supportive community helped me find a consistency in my workouts I'd never experienced before. What started as a member experience quickly evolved into a passion for teaching, allowing me to share the transformative power of movement with others.
EXPERTISE & EDUCATION
As a pediatrician, I understand the vital connection between physical and mental wellbeing. This medical background gives me a unique perspective on movement and its impact on overall health. When I'm not treating babies and children at the hospital, I'm exploring new ways to combine strength and flexibility in my classes.
TEACHING STYLE & CLASSES
Yoga Sculpt is my passion - it's the perfect blend of stretches, yoga flow, and powerful strength moves that create an incredible full-body workout. I love incorporating moves that activate multiple muscle groups while challenging balance and core strength. My goal is to help every student leave class feeling strong, relaxed, and accomplished.
LIFE BEYOND THE STUDIO
Last year, I stepped out of my comfort zone and discovered a love for Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. When I'm not on the mats, you'll find me exploring nature - whether in the woods or along the coast. I find joy in creating healthy, delicious meals to share with others, and spending time with my two sweet daughters. Being outdoors is my happy place, providing balance to the demands of hospital life.
