Loaded HIIT Pilates

WHAT WE DO IN THIS CLASS:

HIIT training using pilates principles and a variety of weights, kettle bells and weighted balls to increase strength. Focusing on glutes, core and lower back. The standing series has lunges, push-ups and cardio. Class is great for all fitness levels. Low impact but a great workout.
