Inferno Hot Pilates & Loaded IHP

Inferno Hot Pilates (IHP) combines pilates principles with High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) making it an efficient and effective way to burn fat and build muscles. IHP is a low impact class with many modifications making it suitable for any fitness level.

All heated classes hover around 90 degrees.When you see "Loaded" it means the class includes hand weights.

Barre

Barre is not a dance class, no dance experience needed! Barre is a mix of yoga, pilates, and ballet. It's low impact with a focus on small, isometric movements that work your entire body. The focus on high reps & low weight target slow twitch muscles which increase endurance. Gain strength without bulk all while moving to the beat.

Gentle Yoga

A slower-paced, mindful yoga practice emphasizing gentle stretches, foundational poses, and breath work. Perfect for beginners, those recovering from injury, or anyone seeking a calming experience.

Heated Vinyasa

A Vinyasa flow in a room heated to 90 degrees. This class links movement to breath while you flow through the poses and work up a good sweat.

Fit For Life

Beginner friendly and low impact. Movement to music through a variety of low impact movements, standing only, no floor time. Handheld weights and balls are offered for resistance. Great for people with limited mobility, healing from an injury or people with difficulty getting up and down off the floor. Good for all fitness levels.

Yoga Sculpt & Heated Yoga Sculpt

We warm up with a yoga flow, add some light hand weights and strength building movements and cool down with a few stretches. This class is good for all levels.

Heated classes all hover around 90 degrees.

Open Gym

Not instructor lead. Come work out on your own using studio equipment; weights, kettlebells, bands or the TRX.

Heated Power Yoga

Heated Power Yoga is like our heated Vinyasa but at a faster pace. There will be more options to add in strength moves. Be prepared to sweat. Room temp will hover around 90 degrees.

HIIT Pilates & Loaded HIIT Pilates

 Full body workout, beginning of class focus on glutes and core. The standing series is a hiit series with strength, balance and cardio.

Sometimes we like to load it up with hand weights, kettle bells and weighted balls to increase strength. 

Class is lo impact and great for all fitness levels. 

Yin Yoga

Yin is a great compliment to any yang practice. Postures are held from 1-5 minutes to target the fascia and ligaments. Yin can help restore a healthy range of motion in the body. The long held postures help create openness in the body while challenging the mind to focus on the sensations in the body.

Strength & Conditioning

Circuit training in the studio. We utilize weights, kettlebells, TRX, bands and more to build strength. Class will also include cardio to help with conditioning as well.

Core & More & Heated Core & More

This class will focus on core training, abs, glutes, and more. Depending on the class and the instructor the "more" can include cardio, arms, or more core. We will finish with 5-8 minutes of stretching.
