When Lindsay began yoga, the consistent sequence repetition helped her feel progress with deeper bends and improved balance, keeping her engaged. She pursued teacher training, finding an online program best suited to her needs, despite anatomy challenges. She’s drawn to arm balances and celebrates her personal progress, from mastering 8-angle to flying splits and flying pigeon. Though still working on a forearm stand, her journey has evolved from feeling lost to confidently instructing others. Yoga has also enhanced her other fitness pursuits, teaching her breath work, deeper stretches, and proper body alignment.
