THE JOURNEY TO SWITCH FITNESS
My wellness journey began as a teenager when I joined my first meditation group, laying the foundation for a lifelong practice. When my youngest child started school, I found my way to yoga, discovering it was the perfect complement to my decades of meditation experience and my career as a registered nurse. For over 15 years, I've been deepening my practice, combining my medical knowledge with holistic healing approaches.

LIFE BEYOND THE STUDIO
As a mother of 3 and grandmother of 3, I understand the importance of finding peace amidst life's demands. When I'm not teaching, you might find me surfing, tending to my garden, or practicing headstands! My personal journey through grief, after losing my husband 10 years ago, led me to teaching as a path of healing - both for myself and others.

Hi, I’m Jennifer a yoga instructor. I teach Gentle Yoga, YogaFlow, Yoga Nidra and Yin yoga. I have been practicing yoga for over 15 years. I am also a Pranic Healer and Meditation Facilitator dedicated to my meditation practice for 5 decades. I am a BSRN(Registered Nurse), a Certified Gerontologist, and have a degree in Food Science/Nutrition. I am the Mother of 3 and Grandmother of 3. I started teaching to heal myself after my husband died in his sleep about 10 years ago. I do yoga for the mental health benefits. It calms my body, mind and spirit. I love surfing, gardening and standing on my head 🙃 Currently teaching Gentle Yoga at Switch, hope to see you there.
