THE JOURNEY TO SWITCH
My fitness story isn't your typical "athlete since childhood" tale. In fact, while I'd occasionally hit the gym, nothing really clicked - until I took my first boot camp class. That experience changed everything. Despite complaining through every burning rep (and loving it!), I found myself completely hooked. That unexpected passion grew into something bigger: a desire to step onto the other side and become a coach myself.
EXPERTISE & EDUCATION
Since 2018, I've built a diverse teaching portfolio that includes boot camp, strength and conditioning, power yoga, IHP, Core n More, and Yoga Sculpt. This variety allows me to understand fitness from multiple angles, helping members find the perfect combination for their goals.
TEACHING STYLE & CLASSES
My teaching style is deeply influenced by my own fitness journey - I understand both the struggle and the triumph of pushing past comfort zones. In my classes, you'll find challenging combinations that make you work (and maybe complain a little), but you'll also find genuine encouragement from someone who's been exactly where you are. I believe in celebrating progress, whether it's lifting heavier, holding poses longer, or simply showing up consistently.
LIFE BEYOND THE STUDIO
The transformation from gym-avoider to fitness instructor has shaped more than just my career - it's changed how I approach challenges in every aspect of life. When I'm not at the studio creating new ways to make my classes burn (in the best way), I'm probably working on my own fitness goals or planning the next set of challenges for my dedicated members.
