THE JOURNEY TO SWITCH FITNESS
Seven years ago, my fitness journey took an exciting turn into coaching. What drew me in wasn’t just the physical transformation I’d experienced through fitness, but the profound impact it had on my mindset and confidence. That powerful combination inspired me to help others discover their own potential in a positive, supportive environment. Since joining the Switch family, I’ve found my home in creating high-energy, challenging workouts that keep members coming back for more.

At Switch, I teach a variety of formats, with Heated Core and More being my absolute favorite. My teaching style is:

You’ll often hear me shouting “You’re stronger than you think!” and “Let’s finish stronger together!” My classes stand out for their fresh routines, new move combinations, and energetic playlists featuring country and 90s hip hop. Love a good weighted squat? You’ll find plenty in my classes – they’re my favorite move for building total-body strength and stability!

LIFE BEYOND THE STUDIO
South Lake Tahoe isn’t just my home – it’s my ultimate playground! You’ll find me:

  • Paddleboarding at Emerald Bay for those stunning views
  • Hiking the Rubicon Trail along the lake
  • Walking Sand Harbor for active recovery days

I incorporate these outdoor experiences into my classes, building core stability, balance, and functional strength for mountain living.
