In this Kids Yoga class children will learn how to focus and center themselves with different breathing and visualization techniques. They will also learn self-respect and respect for others with the practice of fun breathing and challenging poses, partner and group poses, and lots of yoga games.
Please bring along:
Your mat, towel & water. No need for shoes or socks.
