WHAT WE DO IN THIS CLASS:

This 30 minute class is designed to challenge you using the HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) method. Your heart rate will go up and down for the duration of this challenging class. This class is great for the conditioned athlete and anyone looking for a great full body workout. Body weight, kettle bells and hand weights may be used in this class.
