This 30 minute class is designed to challenge you using the HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) method. Your heart rate will go up and down throughout class which is taught in our heated room at a temperature of 90 degrees. This class is great for the conditioned athlete and anyone looking for a great full body workout. Body weight, kettle bells and hand weights may be used in this class.
